The large BBQ grill and fire pit are provided free of charge. Charcoal and firewood are consumables you'll need to bring — available at Hanaro Mart (Mulchi branch) or Sokcho E-Mart near the property.

There's no indoor BBQ area, but a parasol and sunshade are set up, so outdoor BBQ is still possible in light rain.

You're free to set up tents, tarps, and other camping gear anywhere on the lawn or deck.

Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, and cookware including pots and pans.

Dishware and utensils for up to 12 guests are provided, so large groups can dine comfortably without bringing extra supplies.

Air conditioning: one large stand unit in the living room plus three wall units in the bedrooms — four units total.

Heating is controlled via the boiler panel on the kitchen wall — set it to your preferred temperature. For hot water, turn it on about 5 minutes before use, then switch back to heating mode afterward.

If you have any trouble, just reach out — your host can adjust the settings remotely.

Stable high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password will be sent in your check-in message.

Soap and shampoo are provided. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and conditioner. A hair dryer is also available.
