While there is no enclosed BBQ pavilion, the terrace is equipped with parasols and shade sails, making outdoor grilling perfectly feasible in light rain or drizzle.

Absolutely. Guests are warmly welcome to erect tents, tarpaulins, or any outdoor camping equipment anywhere on the lawn or deck at their leisure.

All bed linen is freshly laundered and replaced after each stay, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness.

There is no permanent pool on the premises; however, guests are warmly welcome to bring their own portable pool. Water costs are covered by the host.

Tableware and cutlery for up to 12 guests are provided, requiring no additional preparation on your part.

Cooling: Four air conditioning units — one large standing unit in the living area and three wall-mounted units in the bedrooms — ensure a comfortable temperature throughout.
Heating: The boiler control panel is located on the kitchen wall. Select your desired temperature to activate underfloor heating.
Hot water: Please activate approximately five minutes before use and switch back to heating mode afterwards.
Remote assistance from the host is available at any time should you require support.

High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the entire property.
Network credentials will be provided upon check-in via your confirmation message.

Complimentary soap and shampoo are provided in each bathroom.
Guests are advised to bring their own toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner, and other personal care items. A hairdryer is also available on site.

We respectfully ask that guests refrain from bringing pets to the property. As a timber-frame residence, odours can persist and affect the experience of future guests. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

The entire interior is strictly non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outdoors, and we ask that all cigarette ends are disposed of responsibly.

As the property adjoins Seoraksan National Park, guests are asked to exercise the utmost care in preventing wildfires.
Open flames — including candles — are strictly prohibited indoors. A fire extinguisher is available on the premises; please take a moment to note its location upon arrival.
Caution is advised on stairs and in wet bathroom areas.

Recyclable materials should be separated and placed in the blue bin beside the garden tap.
Food waste should be sealed in a dedicated bag and left outside the front entrance for collection.
